Replacing your old-fashioned thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) with modern smart radiator valves (SRVs) will drastically reduce the cost of heating your home.

How does it work?

Smart radiator valves simply enable you to set individual schedules for each bedroom radiator so the rooms aren’t being heated when they are empty.

  • In a UK home, the heating in the whole house is typically on from 7-9am and 4-10pm, a total of 8 hours per day.
 
  • In many homes, bedroom heating could be reduced by 70% by reducing the heating schedule to 7-8:30am and 9-10pm, a total of 2.5 hours per day, with no loss of comfort.
 
  • This reduction equates to a saving of up to 30% on your heating bill
